Samana Developers, a Dubai-based real estate firm, has announced a new AED220 million project called Samana Park Meadows in Dubai Land Residence Complex.
The development, located at the intersection of E66 Dubai-Al Ain Road and E611 Emirates Road, offers access to Dubai’s central areas, business districts, and leisure destinations.
The project covers a sellable area of 160,461.31 square feet and is set for completion in March 2028. It comprises 221 units across 14 floors, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, all featuring private pools. Prices start from AED 694,000.
