The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED17.528bn ($4.8bn) of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department.
Sales dominated the figures, with AED14.14bn ($3.9bn), according to Land Department data.
In total there were 4,475 sales transactions recorded between October 14 and October 18.

Among the top listed sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in Six Senses Residences DXB Marina sold for AED101.4m ($27.6m)
- An apartment in Bulgari Lighthouse sold for AED78m ($21.2m)
- An apartment in Bulgari Lighthouse sold for AED69m ($18.8m)
The Land Department also showed mortgage deals worth AED2.96bn ($806m) last week.
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED428m ($117m).
