Western Valuers Welcomes Ibrahim Emad as Head of Valuation & Advisory

UAE-based real estate consultancy Western Valuers has announced the appointment of Ibrahim Emad as the leader of its Valuation & Advisory team for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Bringing over 17 years of expertise in real estate, with a focus on valuations, Ibrahim Emad is poised to make a significant impact in his new role. His professional journey includes key positions at Western Valuers (where he has already served for a year), ValuStrat, Dubai Islamic Bank, the Department of Municipalities and Transport, and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center.

As the head of the Valuation & Advisory team, Emad’s mission is to drive growth and excellence in delivering valuation services across the UAE. “I am excited to oversee a wide range of valuation projects, utilizing my strong analytical skills and deep market insights,” he stated.

Reflecting on his previous experience, Emad added, “My tenure as a Valuation Expert Consultant at the Department of Municipalities & Transport provided me with invaluable exposure to strategic decision-making in property appraisals and valuations. Western Valuers, headquartered in Dubai, is a boutique consultancy specializing in the valuation of buildings and assets in the built environment. The firm holds the prestigious RICS-regulated status, an internationally recognized standard for property valuation, which it achieved earlier this year.
