MERED Begins Main Construction Phase for ICONIC Residences Designed by Pininfarina
MERED, an acclaimed global real estate developer, has officially launched the main construction phase for its landmark project, ICONIC Residences, designed by the renowned Italian firm Pininfarina. The milestone was celebrated with a special ceremony featuring the first concrete pour, marking a significant step in the development.
The ICONIC Residences are poised to redefine luxury living with their innovative design, timeless elegance, state-of-the-art amenities, and advanced engineering solutions. Strategically located in Dubai Internet City, the project is set to become the tallest structure in the area, standing as a striking new addition to Dubai’s skyline. The development features 310 luxury apartments with seamless access to Sheikh Zayed Road and proximity to key destinations such as Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour, and Emirates Hills.

With the main construction now underway, the ICONIC Residences are on track for completion in Q3 2027, aligning with Dubai’s evolution as a global leader in real estate innovation.
