Danube Properties Anticipates $3 Billion in Home Sales for 2025, Indian Buyers to Contribute 25%

Dubai-based real estate giant, Danube Properties, announced on January 21 its ambitious sales target for the year, projecting home sales to exceed $3 billion. Indian customers are expected to contribute approximately 25% of these sales, reflecting their strong interest in Dubai’s thriving property market.

To strengthen its presence in India, Danube Properties inaugurated its sixth office in the country, located in Gurugram. Bollywood celebrity Malaika Arora graced the launch event, further amplifying the brand’s appeal.

Speaking on the company’s performance, Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Properties, stated, “Last year, we achieved property sales worth $3 billion. For 2025, we anticipate maintaining similar levels or seeing a marginal growth of 5% in sales bookings.”

The company aims to launch four to five new housing projects this year, catering to the rising demand for premium homes. Danube Properties offers a diverse portfolio of properties priced between ₹1.5 crore and ₹25 crore, appealing to a wide range of buyers.

Indian buyers have consistently played a significant role in the company’s success. “Around 25% of our total sales come from Indian customers, and we expect this trend to continue this year as well,” Sajan remarked.

Highlighting the benefits of investing in Dubai, Sajan advised Indian investors to consider the lucrative opportunities in the market, noting attractive capital appreciation and rental yields of around 8%.

When asked about the possibility of entering the Indian real estate market, Sajan clarified, “We have no immediate plans to expand into India. The growth potential in Dubai remains immense, and we are focused on capitalizing on that.”

With its strategic plans and robust offerings, Danube Properties continues to solidify its position as a leader in the Dubai real estate market, drawing significant interest from Indian investors.
