Dubai Land Department Hosts 2024 Stakeholders Forum to Strengthen Partnerships in Real Estate
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) successfully hosted the 2024 Stakeholders Forum under the theme ‘Shaping Achievements Together,’ reaffirming its dedication to fostering strategic collaborations and recognizing the invaluable contributions of its partners in advancing Dubai’s real estate sector.
The event brought together and honored over 120 distinguished stakeholders from both the government and private sectors, along with members of the media. This recognition serves as motivation for stakeholders to persist in their efforts toward realizing Dubai’s ambitious vision of leadership and innovation in the real estate landscape.
Progressing Toward Dubai’s Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033
“In celebrating our collective successes today, we extend our sincere appreciation to our valued stakeholders, who have consistently played a pivotal role in the achievements of the Dubai Land Department. Your contributions remain instrumental in driving Dubai’s ambition for excellence and global leadership in real estate,” remarked Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD.
The forum also underscored the department’s forward-thinking approach in enhancing stakeholder relationships, fostering deeper collaboration, and strengthening integration across the sector. Additionally, the event played a crucial role in advancing the implementation of Dubai’s Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, aligning with the emirate’s commitment to sustainable growth and development.
“The remarkable achievements of 2024 are a testament to our strong partnerships and the confidence we share. Through your efforts, Dubai has emerged as a prime investment hub, successfully attracting over 110,000 new investors from around the world,” added Bin Ghalita.
