Azizi Developments Nears Completion of Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Azizi Developments, a prominent private real estate developer in the UAE, has revealed that construction on Azizi Vista, located in Dubai Studio City, is now 86% complete. Set in one of Dubai’s most desirable residential neighborhoods, the project is on track for completion in Q3 2025 and will offer an array of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
The development is progressing steadily, with finishing works reaching 85% completion. The structural framework, blockwork, and internal plastering have been fully completed, while tiling is at 96%. Additionally, HVAC and MEP installations are progressing well at 95% and 87%, respectively. Key external works, including façade development, elevators, swimming pools, and landscaping, have reached 89%, 90%, 79%, and 47%, respectively. To ensure seamless progress, 397 skilled workers are actively engaged on-site.
