Dubai South Properties has revealed that all units in the South Living Tower, a residential project located within the vibrant Residential District of Dubai South, have been completely sold out.
Construction of this highly anticipated development commenced in September following the appointment of a primary contractor, with the project scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2027.
The South Living Tower is set to feature 209 residential units, offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive terraced units designed to meet diverse lifestyle needs.
