Growing Interest in Dubailand
Situated with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the district places residents just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport, adding to its appeal.
The area is close to top attractions like IMG Worlds of Adventure, Global Village, and Al Habtoor Polo Resort, while also offering connectivity to downtown icons such as the Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa.
Spanning three million square feet, Dubailand is often described as a “city within a city,” blending theme parks, nature-friendly developments, shopping hubs, and various residential zones.
Families are drawn to its location near Academic City, with access to major educational institutions like Middlesex University Dubai, De Montfort University, and the University of Birmingham.
Residents also enjoy convenient access to healthcare services, community essentials, and sports facilities.
Riding the wave of market growth, LEOS Developments has revealed plans to unveil the fifth phase of its Weybridge Gardens series in Dubailand.
The developer noted that its previous four projects, all based in the district, were well-received by buyers.
The official launch timeline and full project details for the upcoming Weybridge Gardens edition are yet to be disclosed.
