Dubai Holding Real Estate’s Meydan division has awarded a construction contract worth $144 million (AED 529 million) to Bhatia General Contracting Co. (L.L.C) for its latest residential development, Naya at District One, located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. Scheduled for completion by Q3 2027, this resort-inspired project will encompass three residential towers with green roofs and offer a total of 456 units, including one- to four-bedroom apartments and lagoon-facing villas.

The contract outlines the construction of three towers: Tower 1 (G+20), Tower 2 (G+12), and Tower 3 (G+16), along with advanced amenities to enhance the lifestyle of residents.

Naya at District One aims to blend modern architectural designs with natural elements, offering a luxurious yet nature-integrated living experience. The development is packed with premium amenities such as a rooftop lounge, sports courts, a fully-equipped gym, and lush green spaces. Families will benefit from designated children’s pools and play areas, while outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of direct access to the 35-hectare Crystal Lagoon for kayaking, paddleboarding, and other water activities. With over 60% of the area allocated to greenery, residents can enjoy over 8 kilometres of cycling and jogging tracks, in addition to 14 kilometres of stunning shoreline.

Situated just 4 kilometres from Downtown Dubai, the development offers easy access to key locations, including the Meydan Racecourse (10 minutes) and Dubai International Airport (20 minutes), combining exclusivity with prime accessibility.
