Dubai South Properties Completes First Phase of The Pulse Beachfront
Dubai South Properties has successfully completed the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a premium master-planned community situated within the Residential District of Dubai South.
This initial phase includes 251 units comprising three- and four-bedroom villas, as well as five-bedroom waterfront villas. The handover process for these units is set to begin shortly. The remaining phases of the development are on track to be completed by the first quarter of 2025, adhering to the project’s established construction timeline.
The Pulse Beachfront boasts a total of 788 residential units, offering a blend of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. These units range in size from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet, providing spacious and luxurious living environments. Each villa features master bedrooms, a maid’s room, fully equipped closed kitchens, private gardens, covered parking spaces, expansive living areas, study rooms, and rooftops. The development is further enhanced by a large water lagoon, an artificial beachfront, and a half-Olympic-size swimming pool.
Enhanced Lifestyle Offerings
The project has been thoughtfully designed to offer residents an elevated lifestyle through a variety of amenities. These include a modern fitness club, a fully equipped gym, squash and tennis courts, climbing walls, a private lounge, a yoga garden, aerobics studios, and a dedicated kid’s club and water park.
