Dubai South Properties completes first phase of The Pulse Beachfront with 251 luxury villas

The project, which features a total of 788 residential units, offers a variety of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses, ranging from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet.

Dubai South Properties has announced the successful completion of the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a luxurious, master-planned community situated within the Residential District of Dubai South. This initial phase includes 251 units, offering a mix of three- and four-bedroom villas, along with five-bedroom waterfront villas. The handovers for these units are expected to begin shortly.

The Pulse Beachfront project will eventually feature 788 residential units, including a variety of villas and townhouses, ranging from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet. All properties are designed with comfort in mind, featuring master bedrooms, maid’s rooms, fully equipped closed kitchens, private gardens, covered parking, spacious living areas, study rooms, and rooftops.

Among the standout features of the development are a large water lagoon, an artificial beachfront, and a half-Olympic size swimming pool. Residents will also enjoy access to an array of premium amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness club, gym, squash and tennis courts, climbing walls, a yoga garden, aerobics studios, and a private lounge.

Families will benefit from a range of dedicated facilities, including a kids’ club, water park, children’s pool, skate parks, and jogging tracks. The community also boasts a selection of F&B outlets, a grand supermarket, and green spaces for outdoor activities like tennis, beach tennis, and padel tennis.

The subsequent phases of The Pulse Beachfront are expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025, in line with the project’s planned construction schedule.

Dubai South’s Residential District, which is already home to more than 25,000 residents, offers a distinctive and comfortable lifestyle. The district features public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus route that connects the area to the Expo Metro station. Additionally, the GEMS Founders School at Dubai South is set to open its doors in August.
