Dubai’s Deyaar Development, Umm Al Quwain Properties sign major beachfront deal

The collaboration forms part of the emirate’s strategic plan to promote sustainable tourism through coastal development.

Umm Al Quwain Properties has entered into a strategic alliance with Deyaar Development to spearhead new projects along the Umm Al Quwain beachfront. This significant partnership was formalized in a signing ceremony attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Vice President of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.

The agreement was signed at Al Diwan Al Amiri, with Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities, representing Umm Al Quwain Properties, and Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar Development, signing on behalf of his company.

During the event, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla emphasized the government’s dedication to fostering partnerships that support the advancement of modern infrastructure, reinforcing the emirate’s long-term economic vision.

This collaboration aligns with Umm Al Quwain’s broader strategy to drive sustainable tourism by enhancing coastal development initiatives.

“Our joint efforts with the Umm Al Quwain government aim to set new benchmarks in development by introducing innovative designs and crafting residential communities that enrich lifestyles while seamlessly integrating contemporary living with the natural environment,” stated Al Qatami.

He further expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, highlighting its potential to capitalize on the region’s promising opportunities. “This partnership will enable us to create a thriving investment landscape and advance sustainable development goals,” he added.

The ceremony saw the presence of several distinguished officials, including Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Head of the Department of Finance; Sheikh Hamid bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Head of the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser bin Ahmed Al-Mualla, Special Advisor to His Highness the Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; and His Excellency Saif Hamid Salem, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain.
