Dubai-based Azizi Developments is set to introduce Burj Azizi, an architectural marvel poised to become the world’s second tallest tower at an impressive height of 725 meters. The grand unveiling is scheduled to take place on February 18, 2025, at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
The highly anticipated event will host an audience of 15,000 distinguished guests, including government dignitaries, investors, industry leaders, diplomats, media professionals, and influencers. Attendees will also be treated to an exclusive performance by global superstar Jennifer Lopez.
Following the launch, the global sales rollout will commence on February 19, 2025, spanning key international cities such as Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. Prestigious venues including Conrad Hotel, The Peninsula, The Dorchester, JW Marriott Juhu, Marina Bay Sands, Four Seasons Hotel, and Palace Hotel will serve as the hubs for this extensive sales campaign.

A New Landmark in Dubai’s Skyline This ambitious 131+ storey skyscraper is set for completion by 2028 and will feature an array of premium offerings, including residential apartments, a luxury hotel, retail outlets, and entertainment facilities.
The residential segment will comprise elegantly designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with amenity floors positioned every 20 levels. These floors will house world-class swimming pools, fitness centers, spas, and leisure spaces, ensuring an unparalleled living experience for residents.
The development will also introduce an opulent seven-star hotel, uniquely themed around seven distinct cultures: Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian. The hotel will boast specialty restaurants, an Emirati dining venue, an extravagant ballroom, and an exclusive beach club.
