A Landmark 500m-Plus Tower to Redefine Dubai’s Skyline with the World’s Highest Outdoor Pool

A groundbreaking hospitality and real estate development is set to transform Dubai’s skyline by 2030, featuring the world’s highest outdoor sky pool. The iconic project is a collaboration between Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties, bringing a new level of luxury to the city’s real estate and hospitality scene.

A Towering Vision in the Heart of Dubai

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Museum of the Future, this ambitious two-tower development will exceed 500 meters in height, ranking among the tallest structures globally. The project seamlessly blends a five-star Corinthia hotel with premium branded residences, offering an unparalleled living and hospitality experience.

The architectural design embraces a contemporary aesthetic, with both towers connected by a striking cantilevered sky lobby, positioned over 200 meters above ground level. This innovative design sets the development apart as a landmark of modern engineering and luxury.

The project also integrates indoor and outdoor pools, including the record-breaking sky pool offering breathtaking 360-degree views of Dubai’s iconic skyline.

Designed for seamless accessibility, the development will include four dedicated entry points to ensure smooth traffic flow, enhancing convenience for both residents and visitors.
