Hayaat Developments, a prominent luxury developer and the real estate division of the UAE-based Hayaat Group, has officially launched Isolana Residences—a flagship residential tower on Dubai Islands valued at AED 135 million. This project marks a significant addition to the group’s expansive international development portfolio.
Strategically positioned on a prime corner plot within the Dubai Islands community, Isolana Residences spans approximately 100,000 square feet of gross floor area. The development comprises 71 units, including 39 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, 6 three-bedroom apartments, and 4 luxurious penthouses crowning the top floor.
Designed by renowned L.A.-based architect Tony Ashai, known for iconic UAE projects like the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel on Marjan Island and Reem Hills in Abu Dhabi, Isolana Residences showcases a unique architectural concept. Ashai describes the building’s distinctive ‘dancing balconies’ as a reflection of the island’s resort-like ambiance, stating, “The ingenuity of its design is one that won’t be replicated on the island again and will firmly stand as an aesthetic pinnacle of originality.”
The development offers a range of resort-inspired amenities, including a 55-meter-long infinity swimming pool, a zen garden, a resident club lounge, a padel court, and both indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. Select units also feature private plunge pools, enhancing the luxurious living experience.
