The company already has six projects designed and ready for launch, with a development pipeline valued at an estimated $324 million (AED 1.2 billion) in 2025. This figure is set to rise to $540 million (AED 2 billion) in 2026 and $810 million (AED 3 billion) by 2027, reflecting Lacasa Living’s ambitious growth trajectory. To ensure seamless project launches, the company has partnered with One Broker Group, a leading real estate agency specializing in developer-focused sales.
