Elon Musk, the chief executive of Tesla and SpaceX, recently appeared in a photograph captured at the White House with Dubai-based billionaire Hussain Sajwani, the founder of Damac Group. The image, which circulated online, has generated public curiosity about the Dubai real estate magnate and his association with Musk. In a post shared on X this Monday, Hussain Sajwani was seen posing with Elon Musk and Musk’s partner, Shivon Zilis, inside the White House. Musk was holding a plate, while Zilis and Sajwani stood on either side of him, smiling for the photo. Zilis, an expert in artificial intelligence, is also the mother of Musk’s four youngest children. “Had a great breakfast at the White House with Elon Musk and family — a memorable morning,” wrote the Dubai billionaire alongside the post. Later that day, he also met with former US President Donald Trump in the Oval Office.

At age 71, Hussain Sajwani serves as chairman of Damac Properties, a leading Dubai-based real estate firm he founded in 2002. Forbes currently estimates his net worth at $10.2 billion. Sajwani is known for his extravagant marketing strategies, which have included giving away luxury vehicles like Lamborghinis to clients purchasing apartments. His business style continues to draw global attention.

This development was publicly announced by former President Trump during a press conference held at one of his resorts this past January. It is expected that Sajwani’s financial ventures will extend across several U.S. states, including Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Michigan, and Texas. Sajwani, who was present at the press event, told reporters that his investment efforts in the U.S. could exceed $20 billion, contingent upon the prevailing market conditions.
