80-floor super-tower on Sheikh Zayed Road will come with ‘world’s highest outdoor pool
Dubai, UAE – While the anticipated Trump Tower announcement in Abu Dhabi did not take place during the former U.S. President’s recent visit, Dubai stole the spotlight. The launch of Trump International Hotel & Tower in Downtown Dubai has seen a surge in buyer interest, described as “rock solid” by real estate brokers. Much of the attention is coming from regional and international investors.
“All signs point to strong demand,” said Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties. “Early absorption at the Trump Tower Dubai sales launch shows promising momentum. It reflects the growing appetite for branded, luxury properties in Dubai.”
According to Syed, resale value projections for Trump Tower units suggest potential gains of around 30%—a figure that is attracting savvy investors. The high-rise is slated for completion in 2031.
Trump’s Gulf Tour Boosts Brand Visibility
Market analysts have noted that President Trump’s recent diplomatic visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE worked as a powerful promotional campaign for the Trump-branded towers in Dubai and Jeddah. The visit coincided with multibillion-dollar agreements across sectors like defense, aviation, and tech, sparking global attention and investor excitement.
“Trump Tower Dubai offers lifestyle distinction and long-term investment value,” said Farooq Syed.
An industry source added, “More Trump-branded developments in the Gulf are inevitable. The only question is: when will the Abu Dhabi project go live?”
Trump Towers in the Spotlight
Both Trump Tower Dubai and Trump Tower Jeddah received unmatched exposure during the high-profile visit. Meanwhile, developers are gearing up for back-to-back project launches in Riyadh, with Dar Global—also responsible for the Dubai tower—leading the charge.
What Makes Trump Tower Dubai Stand Out?
“The 80-storey skyscraper will feature one of the world’s highest outdoor swimming pools,” noted Syed. Residents will also benefit from exclusive access to the Trump Membership Club, which, while not directly tied to property ownership, offers privileges at Trump International Towers globally.
Located at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, the tower offers unmatched visibility and proximity to the city’s iconic landmarks, combining both luxury living and long-term asset appreciation.
Launch Prices at Trump Tower Dubai
Initial prices start from AED 3.8 million for two-bedroom units and AED 6.3 million for three-bedroom residences. “This reflects the premium positioning within Downtown’s luxury segment,” Syed added.
Top-tier two-bedroom apartments are priced up to AED 7.6 million, while premium three-bedroom units can reach AED 8.7 million, depending on the layout, height, and views.
High-End Property Transactions on the Rise
In May 2024, Omniyat Properties sold a penthouse at The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection for AED 139 million, setting a new benchmark for Downtown Dubai.
“Downtown consistently delivers some of the region’s highest residential transaction values,” said Syed. Other notable deals include a AED 80 million penthouse at Kempinski, The Boulevard and a AED 66.5 million residence at Il Primo—signaling strong demand for ultra-premium real estate in the city’s heart.
Sheikh Zayed Road’s Rapid Growth
Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) is witnessing a development boom, notably with the Burj Azizi, a 131-storey, 725-meter tall skyscraper now in progress.
